appaz: i have to admit that i quite like this one... having never been picked up by the 5-0 myself, i dont know if i'd know what it's like, but i do know protest poetry... hope to hear more from you in the future... sincerely, jerome the mysterious priest Disarm you with a smile And leave you like they left me here To wither in denial The bitterness of one who's left alone --[billy corgan]-- |

Not to familiar with protest poetry. But, bring it on.....except the part about risking innocent lives. This is a good place for expression so let it flow. D |

I should be more specific about what I am writing about. Let me give you a background for this poem. At my school there were 3 cop cars pulling kids over as they turned into the school for various reasons(the usual stuff.) It really made me mad because the main office went along with it, yet it made lots of kids late to school because the police held up the turning lane into the school. It also risked some lives 'cause you have to turn left into my school and it can get dangerous. Just thought I'd clear it up. |
