A friend in pain,
Needs my help.

Gotta find the words,
It’s hard, you know.

Barely knowing him,
But I want to help.

He doesn’t know it,
But I care for him.

Hes special,
You know.

I barely even know him,
But he holds a place in my heart

I care for everyone,
But this is truly different.

Danny I hope you know,
I will always be here if you need.

I'm not sure about a title, but I think you've expressed your desire to help your friend very nicely.
