My life, What does it all mean, From the day we live till the day we die, We search, Seacsh for something we cannot find, Thus makes us human, Hunting and waiting, For a better life, Which nevers comes, If we get lucky, Time will favor us, Live long ang be happy, Tis a joke, Daily sacrifices we all endure, We all go unwatched, Unloved, By all humanity, We all in the eyes of man are dangerous creatures, We are hunted, Killed, Merdered, Sacificed for the cause, What cause could be worth death? Am I going to die for a cause? I sit and wonder, Broken and sad, Sad with the pain I might be next, No I don't deserve to die, I have done nothing, Still the hunt must go on they said, So here I lay scared, ashmed, and persected, For my life, So I run, Run into the night and have it embrace me like a fater embraces his son after a war, I am the night, The night is part of me, Will the find me, Maybe!!, But I will try for my life, In the play of death, The price of losing is death, The price of winning is life, We all decide everyday on this play, It is a sad existance to know that how we feel we are in charge we are the hunted, I have been hunted all my life, Now I am the hunter!!!!!!. |

excellent poem yet again, i particularly like Seacsh for something we cannot find, Thus makes us human, Hunting and waiting, For a better life, Which nevers comes, that was my favorite part of the poem, speeks so boldly and so true, this poem speeks truely about the nature of man, as everyone else would say "it's deep" but i see it as an evaluation of the obviousness of life, me likes NEW POETRY FORUM NOW OPEN "If there is anything the nonconformist hates worse than a conformist it's another nonconformist who doesn't conform to the prevailing standards of nonconformity."
