I was awakened this morning, destined to live yet another day. All was dark in the dawn, dark shades, the hue of grey. I got up out of my bed, sleep from my eye's I was trying to shed, and then it was there, the smell of coffee in the air, from my room I fled. From my room, I usually come, grouchy, and bitching, but once I found that aluring smell, I could not speak, as my taste buds were itching. The smell of that strong black brew was indeed tempting. I hurried to the shelf where I keep my cup, I tilted the pot, and filled it up. I then sat in my favorite chiar, a smile on my face, unequaled by none, satisfaction beyond compare. Although to some this may seem odd, I truely do believe by it's divine nature, coffee was sent to us from God!!!!! |

Dude, let me say, that this reminds me of my Lipton's Extra Sweet Ice Tea !! Has 30g of sugar in one jar.....keeps me climbing the drapes !! I guess that's where I get my humor from !! LOL  I know exactly how you feel ! I die if I don't have at least 1 a day ! It's like my "treat".....I don't let myself get too carried away! I'm with you, Richard. Coffee is truly one of Life's great pleasures. And the smell of that first cup! I wish they made aroma of coffee after-shave!! (btw, I like coffee) |
