Gone but not gone ( An acrostic )

Loss of sound does havoc my hear
She is gone.
Out is the sun there is no sight.
She is gone.
Vacant is serenity's touch
She is gone.
Every desire is tasteless
She is gone.
I see the flowers without smell
She is gone.
So in my mind she must remain
Although gone.
Gone but a phantom in my brain.
Although gone.
Out among the stars she appears
Although gone.
Nought in the light she disappears.
Although gone.
Everywhere to my five senses,
She is gone, but to me not gone.

Worst kind of gone there is, huh?

No question. It certainly delivers the message.

Interesting acrostic, every other letter.
Aww! It will come again some day! Chin up, she may be gone but we're still here! I really liked the way you did this Seymour!

Well written Seymore and oh so tragic, as an acrostic I'd like to see it done something like this though...it allows you message to ring out clearer

Loss of sound does havoc my hear
~She is gone.
Out is the sun there is no sight.
~She is gone.
Vacant is serenity's touch
~She is gone.
Every desire is tasteless
~She is gone
I see the flowers without smell
~She is gone.
So in my mind she must remain
~Although gone.
Gone but a phantom in my brain.
~Although gone.
Out among the stars she appears
~Although gone.
Nought in the light she disappears.
~Although gone.
Everywhere to my five senses,
~She is gone, but to me not gone.
