This morning I placed in a classified ad:
One brain for sale, tis not too bad.
Memories free and dreams as well,
And many a story have they to tell,
Yet it's the memories that I must sell,

Five good friends killed by a driver drunk,
And bad times that be worse than a skunk,
Please, oh please buy my brain,
For It's caused me too much pain,
And on my soul is now it's stain.

What can I do without my hearts desires,
Nay for love but friendships spires,
Tis ten bucks-no less no more,
For my brain so filled with lore,
Which has my heart feeling poor.

*sigh*
Those memories and dreams are my life,
From good to bad and love and strife,
And I remember the first time I did see,
My past old friend sitting by a tree,
Bidding welcome to you and me...

Swimming in the pool by rocks so red,
And by the campfire were we fed,
Laughing crying and to let all out,
And for our friendships stout,
I was so happy I want to shout...

In my brain where happiness streams,
Ah geez I'll keep my many dreams,
In my brain my memories I shall stow,
Please someone please tell me how,
I want that ad out of the paper now!
