In time we all moulder in the grave,
keeping company with worms.
When my life I can no longer save,
with it I will come to terms.

When it comes time to embrace my rest,
I just want to die alone.
With oblivion I would be blessed,
for it's peace I've never known.

I know there are some that will rejoice,
thinking I deserve my fate.
I go where I will by my own choice,
scorning those who denigrate.

Mostly I wish to be remembered,
for not being here at all.
As my conscience has been dismembered,
so will I answer Death's call.

I am reminded of the Phantom of The Opera. Eric Dessler bargained with the devil to be loved for his music. In return, the devil disfigured him so that he would never be loved for anything but his music. Love conquers all yet again.

I would prefer that my works were remembered not me, just as I would prefer that the message be remembered and not the messenger.

Dream, you say you want to be remembered for not being there, but it seems you hvae been cursed with friends who will remember you. Certainly you've given me things to think about, and someone who does that is never easily forgotten.

There are many things that I will forget in this lifetime, but never your friendship DreamEvil. For that in itself have been more valuable then all the things I possess.

and dream, I have not known of you for very long, but can see the heart you have, it is good, although filled with much pain, I will agree with all of the above, you are one who will not go into oblivion easily

Dream, I hope you find your peace, although I'd much rather you'd overcome your sadness and find it within the breath of a better tomorrow...You'll find much more satisfaction in knowing you were strong enough to overcome it, instead of laying down and letting it steal away your soul...My prayers are with you - be strong.
