Tonight… They say that love and fear Can’t live in the same heart. When a person falls in love, Fear doesn’t play a part. They don’t know how I feel When I’m with you and when I’m not. The way I lose myself in your eyes, Getting lost in thought. They don’t know what it’s like To have three days of heaven. Then suffer with this hell until We’re together again. They don’t know how it feels To fall in love with your best friend. If, by chance, we don’t make it Will I lose your friendship in the end? I know that I love you And that you need to know it too. Tonight, I will give up my fear. Tonight, I give in to you. ------------------ It matters not how strait the gate; How charged with punishments the scroll; I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul. --W.E. Tara, the emotion in this poem is incredible (just like the author!) You are so dear, I truly hope your love is worthy of you. If he is NOT I am going to physically harm him!
