Dear me, Poet Femme,
I thought you already knew,
The words you share with him,
Will only be a few.

You see, he's been ailing,
I think with appendicitis.
His memory is failing,
He's got laryngitis.

He's always gasping for breath,
His chest has been a wheezing.
He's isolated by bed rest.
Did I mention all his sneezing?

I'm sure you feel like singing,
As the talking time comes due.
But he may not hear you ringing,
An ear infection has run him through.

Do you hear the wedding bells?
They're tolling just in time.
He isn't in the best of health?
Relax. The operations went just fine.

Hi ya, Toe - I'm getting in deep with my next project and have done a week's worth of reading and review in the past two days. Time for a break.
