take my hand, pull me close
close your eyes and feel my kiss
taste the wine on my lips
feel the warm sweet rush of pleasure
as our bodies touch, as passions flare
one last time

you know I'll always be yours
body, mind, and soul
but I know our love is just stolen moments
a flight of fantasy and fire

I'll always love you
there's this garden in my heart
so secret, that will always be yours

I've never been touched so deep
or smiled the way you make me smile
or felt the things you make me feel

kiss me like we are forever
touch me like I'm yours
for I just don't know how to say the words

the clock ticks away our love
stealing each precious moment we have left
as midnight speaks her mournful tune

I touch you once more
fingers lingering, memorizing
as I sear the memory of you onto my very soul
knowing tonight is the last time
I will ever feel your skin next to mine

I can't go.
I can't tear myself away.

the tears slip down my cheek
in rivers of pain
as I try to say good-bye

No, you definitely should post it. Hauntingly sad..your pain pulses in each line and the sadness you feel is imbedded in each word.

Your emotion is very strong. It has made this a very powerful piece. You shouldn't ask forgiveness for such a wonderful work from such a giving heart.

You just wrote what I can't about a piece of my life that lasted not near long enough. I felt every word in every line. Thank you for posting it. Thank you very much indeed. I have cried more the last few months than the total of my whole life.
