My heart of hearts she came to me Bearing the gift of ecstasy Answering my desirous dreams Of hope's eternal expectancy Await no more my lady said Lie within my body's embrace For on this night I'll be your bed This lover's heart will beat the pace Explore these curves of giving flesh Your searching lips bring to my own Make of these limbs a lover's mesh Linger for pleasures since unknown Set afire this very skin Consume this body that is new To claim my treasures deep within The gift it holds burns all for you I held her gift most tenderly Becoming bold where once was meek Daring to touch all so gently Her greatest pleasures I did seek No longer shy, no long coy Across her skin with tender kiss Within her eye's reflected joy Within her sighs resounding bliss All I could give I gave to her Our bodies in perfect union What was my dream now my lover True heart and soul's companion My heart of hearts she came to me Bearing the gift of ecstasy Answering my desirous dreams Now all my hopes reality [This message has been edited by Andrew Scott (edited 10-04-1999).] |

Words could not express how I feel about this poem. It really hit home. I loved it. ------------------ "I Believe we are divine by nature." -Jewel Grace is the refinement of a soul over time. -Jewel |

My most sincere thanks to you all. Although writing this piece was a true pleasure in and of itself, that joy is flamed anew by your kind and generous responses… especially from so many who's works I have come to admire and opinions I have come to respect. I humbly bow to you all with gratitude. |

Mr Scott - I enjoyed this poem. It had class, and showed that romance exists within your heart. You must show us more. Naturally, you must not do this when the rest of us are posting, but wait instead for a respectful amount of time to elapse so we other men don't look too oafish in comparison. |

ahh Mr. Scott....As I said in my attempt to piece this place together. You carry yourself with elegance and style. Very well done Sir Scott. I did find that poem or rather call to posts piece you refered me to in your reply. Took some doing because it was on page 16...LOL. I posted on it but then this thing broke. Keep the words flowing. Marilyn. |

Yo Toe: Thanks again... If you're ever in So California look me up. The radio station's doors are always open for ya. Sir LJA… what can I say to that? I am definitely a romantic at heart as my wife can attest too. But after reading some of your wonderful work as well, I say your comment is pretty high praise. Thank you so kindly. Marilyn: I noticed you success at finding that distant piece just before all went to hell. Thanks for taking the time and effort to dig it up. It sure was a lot of fun! Also thank you for kindness here… it is very much appreciated. [This message has been edited by Andrew Scott (edited 10-06-1999).] |

Andrew....when LongJohn puts his mind to it, and has the time...some of his stuff is the best I've ever read....he just hasn't done so in a while. (Don't let him read this though, that prick doesn't need any more ego than he now gets from his sweet misled bride) |
