You will get my love and friendship but you'll know right from the start we'll be entering a partnership no contract exchanged, just heart to heart I'll try to make you laugh when you cry I may disappear when you most need me when you're angry I will even try to pacify If you're ill I'll drive you mad with remedies I'll listen and if you ask, my mind will leave no trace You can rant and rave and take all the time that you need or you can quietly say you need time and space this love and friendship you can never exceed I'll share all my troubles and happy times with you cry on your shoulder and make you all soaking wet I'll see your life and troubles from a different point of view what's important to you I'll try not to forget I'll do everything I can to make your life a happier one As I take your hand in mine and it's sealed with our care I promise to share my life with you as our lives turn by the sun this love and friendship will always be ours to share. For all those that enter my heart.. ------------------ You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give. |
