The fire sweeps across the land Like a swift chestnut stallion Prancing lightly across the earth The fire rages Like the fire in his eyes He stops Then starts Then bursts out with inhuman energy The fire blazes on through the dry bush Suddenly he leaps to the side And the fire in his eyes turns to fear But there is no hesitation He charges on Like the relentless blazing inferno Crashing through the trees The stallion's mane and tail Stream through the air behind him As the deep orange flames Flicker across the night sky The stallion's hooves lightly brush the ground With each quick, light step The fire's raging flames flicker Touching the leaves Of the tall, parched trees Each leaves a trail of destruction A sea of people In awe of their grace and power |
