Woman In The Moon ... ~Marge Tindal~ 1999 The moon in all it's glory fills up the evening sky. Light of the night... as she passes by. She? You say. Whatever do you mean? Everyone knows of the man in the moon ... and of the one of green cheese. Ah, but I caught a glimpse of her reflection, smiling as she crested. The Woman In The Moon ... as she gently rested. Full moon, dark moon, moon of a hundred faces. I wouldn't take a million bucks for the Woman In The Moon's embraces. Anything that beautiful must be of feminine gender. How else could she hold lovers hearts, in her rays so tender? She encircles us with light and moods of many hues. She changes her form on a whim, as woman is wont to do. To see her in her splendor walking across the sky... it's almost enough to cause a heart to sigh. So, Woman In The Moon, shine your light on the one I love. Send the rays of your beauty down from up above. Woman, Woman The Woman In The Moon ... casting her light from above. The ever-changing moods of a woman in love. ------------------ [email protected] |
