I'm Not An Antique...I Only Feel That Way ! By ~Marge Tindal~ 1999 Browsing through the antique shop, I thought it very strange. Someday upon these very shelves, my life they'll re-arrange. All I am, or ever was now placed upon a shelf. If I was the curious shopper ... I'd surely buy myself. My photograph, my cameo, or my Captain Marvel ring ... I hope someone will exclaim, "I can't live without that damned thing." All the treasures that we gather, as through this life we roam, I hope someone likes me well enough ... to buy me and take me home ! ------------------ [email protected] |
