The marshmallows ooze, charred, a white glob turns black, and curls into ash. Sticky fingers are delicious across a smoke of sky. a child smiles and catches the sun tumbling into water the laughter of a splash. The house settles into evening accepting the breeze through the open window. Listen to the crickets the laughter of children and the far off sound of Vivaldi. |

Martie, this is absolutely wonderful. The imagery in this was fantastic....I could hear the sounds and see those marshmallows perfectly. Well done Ruth |

I like this one. Very pleasant images, nice work. ------------------ Yesterday is ash, tomorrow is smoke; only today does the fire burn. JP |
