Stupidity It's raining where I'm at. And I'm crying over you again. This weekend seemed so perfect. What went wrong? You held me close, whispered sweet, meaningful things in my ear. You kissed my lips that longed for your gentle touch. We made love this weekend. I thought that meant something. Maybe I was wrong about you. Maybe you'll never change. This is the second time you have broken my heart in two. Though I cannot count the times I have cried over your hurtful ways. When will I learn to leave you be? When will I finally realize love is gone? I must echo Denise here.......I think we are often burned many times before we learn to stay out of the fire..... ------------------ Thinking is just what a great many people think they are doing when they are merely rearranging their predjudices. |
