Have you not heard..?

What are we doing, our people & race,
To all these creatures of such amazing grace.
A bone to a phone,
A skin on a shin,
A cat to a hat
And a goat to a coat.

What are we doing, our fellow kin,
To these animals and theirs, we cause so much sin,
PVC, you’ll not see on me,
Mink it must be to fill me with glee,
Continue with leather and we’ll lose them forever.

Why do our people speak these words,
They must be crazy, have they not heard.
The creatures around both tall & small,
Carry on as we do and we’ll lose one & all.
