lunar orb
immense in the early evening sky
blood-red as my robe

errily eclipsed against nightfall’s midnight shroud
diamond dusted with gentle radiance
gathered from eternity

gaze up in awed silence
toward the vastness that awaits
your senses obliterated in the expanse

reach to touch
physically, emotionally, spiritually
the imenseness of the blood-moon

That is a very fine poem, you have a good sense of description too.  I really enjoyed this poem.
