It's now that scary time of year, To dress frightening, like Balladeer, Scare the kids, hand out candy, Make my day, and feel just dandy. Trick or Treat, that's what they say, How those "darlings" love to play. Put on a mask, growl and scream, Scare them kids and act real mean. Pumpkins carved like poltergeists, Only cuz I am so nice, Play horror type music loud and clear, Watch them kids run off in fear. What the hell, we want fun too? Buy cheap candy, that should do. Two thousand pieces for a buck or two, Broccoli suckers, they're good for you! Then them older gals, dressed like Elvira, Get "more" than candy, if they desire it, "Hi little girl, you're dressed so fine, C'mon in, we'll have a good time." How old are you? Twenty eight? Come on in, ya look just great! Ain't Halloween just fine and dandy? Hey little girl, ya want some candy?" It's okay, come on in, I'm not one of those "kind" of men. Here's some "candy' for ya to munch on, What's your name? My name's LongJohn." |

Don't worry about old LongJohn, Toe. I hear the word is out. Those young girls in his neighborhood Know what he's all about. There was a time that he could lure Those pretty little gals But now he passes out Ensure And cans of Metrecal. Old Long John here with an update About 'Deer and Toe, both second rate. They've villified me without end, Cuz they knew I'd be back here again. Well, let me set the story straight, About how I cope when its getting late. Its true about cheap tricks and treats, And how I think the young girls are sweet. Its true I play scary songs and such, And my cackles may seem a bit too much, But rest assured I have it all laid out, I really know what its all about. I hand out treats to the little ones, And they reciprocate for my fun. They round up all the goats and sheep, Just to hear old 'Deer and Toerag weep. Then they hide all the Fosters Beer, Just to tease old Toe and 'Deer. They egg their homes in strafing runs, Critique their poems just for fun. They mimic Toe's bewildered cries, They moan and groan like old 'Deer's sighs. They are my allies, the little ones, Ain't sweet revenge the best of fun? |
