Oh Maudlin Morning!© Oh maudline morning! Don't weep for me! In my weakness, darkest fears found me, Then sleep, like a white winter panel Silently shrouded my world. In my dream, I was a runner, Flannel jacket zipped tight to keep out the crisp cold. I ran with strong swift strides, Racing time uphill. The sound of rain mocked me, And I awakened, Still locked in, With unmoving limbs. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ How is this one, jfreak? |

Very well written! You should be proud of this work. I especially like the line, "Racing time uphill". |
