Sun shines softly Pink and white and yellow The moon sleeps In a peaceful slumber Quietly the sunlight Paints a summer morning Birds sing, dew sparkles Like shining earthbound stars Clouds whisper 'cross the sky As a new day is beginning Flower faces Turn to catch the sun Petals opening in gentle beauty Earth and wind and nature all combine To sing of the dawning bright new day Scents and sights and sounds All proclaim days birth Trees bow in humble adoration To the sun which graces morning sky Nature pauses in a thankful prayer Once more sundown Moon begins it's nighttime show Earth bathed in it's pearly glow Sparkling stars, in a diamond tiara Cast across the heavens Nightbirds swoop in a blissful silence Gentle, shy, hidden nightime creatures All slip forth from shadowed hibernation Earth sleeps Moon watches Everything is peaceful |

I've always wondered what happens in the morning. I always seem to miss them! (your descriptions and words are beautiful) |
