Walking by, seeing the grass so long, Remembering how my heart had for gone, The love I had for you. The love I wished I knew, Love that was kept inside. I tried many times, But my heart decided to hide. Thinking about you overtime. The sound of the birds singing, Always made your name ringing, Ringing inside my head, As I lay to rest in bed. Should've told you how I felt, Should've told you how my heart melts, When you got close to me. Now I sit here alone, my heart in a painful moan. Lonely on the bench, looking out to the endless sea. The sound of the birds singing, Always made your name ringing, Ringing inside my head, As I lay to rest in bed. The feeling of the wind blowing, Always kept my heart going. Everytime I blink, Memories that should've been, Made me think. About how a fool I have been. The sound of the birds singing, Always made your name ringing, Ringing inside my head, As I lay to rest in bed. Standing here, looking over the hills, Wishing I had a dear, to wipe my tears. Now, my heart is left to be still. All I have is my lonely will. - Enrique [This message has been edited by Enrique (edited 07-04-99).] |

I too have been in a circle of regret. You did a great job of expressing that feeling. |
