I wish I could understand what's
going on inside my head.
But I can't, so no one can help me.
It feels like a war,
a war of emotions and thoughts.
That's the only way I know how to explain it.
I don't even know how to help myself.
So no one can help me.
I can't eat, I can't sleep.
All I can do is cry and try to understand.
But I don't understand, no one does.
No one even tries.
It hurts, I feel torn apart.
I hate everyone, everything, the whole world.
And no one understands.
So no one can help me.

trust me, i do know how you feel.
oh, i live your poetry. it's very good and i can relate to it- something i haven't been able to do in a long time.
