I would fill my eyes with yours.
The cool green pools of you
Show me the thoughts your words obscure.
And when I close my eyes
We'll share the things you dream of as you sleep.
I'll peer inside your fantasy
To read your silent yearnings.
If I could hear but one thing
I would hear every word you say.
I'd let your words fill up my soul
To comfort me when you're away.
And when you whisper "I love you"
You'll have captured my heart for your own
Because the sound of your voice
Is sweeter than any I've ever known.

(*sigh* new, but reminiscent of the past)

Moonlight- lovely poem. I love "show me the thoughts of your words obscure.." there is just something so *poetic* about that...

Beautiful! There is a song, "moonlight Becomes You". Well, it certainly becomes us having you as a member...and I'm glad.
