I posted this one in the old forum. I thought I'd post it once more...since it is the one poem I've written that is most dear to me. I promise no other re-posts..hee hee. His Plan Silver lines drop from the sky, Darkened clouds rumble by, Droplets of life fall to the ground, A startling crash, then not a sound. The brisk autumn wind rips through the trees, Spreading a path of red and gold leaves, A single bird streams quickly past, A calming warning, the storm won't last. Life holds big promise... One shall not lie on darkened cloud which fill the sky, Reach out and touch the hand of man, With multi-colored fingers..which is His Plan |

Sally - This is really very lovely - and don't apologize for reposts - We've all done it and it's quite acceptable - even encouraged when you know it's been awhile since we saw that poem... Don't forget, there's whole new audience here... |
