With tired eyes I long for sleep but dreaming is what I seem to do Mostly good like rainbows or sunsets happy things promoting rest like a lover's kiss or smiles shared remembering dreams where we cared life is like that brings you peace whilst you sleep gives you strength to face your day because in dreams I never lose my way ------------------ You give but little when you give of your possessions. A lovely poem......if we could all have wonderful dreams would we treat each other better during our waking hours? Perhaps. I like reading your poetry because it's usually upbeat! Thanks!  |
