Time takes its toll within distance Mars the path to least resistance The road becomes long and not quite as strong as when the journey began Along with each obstruction comes a little more destruction When communication fails The road becomes a trail overgrown with weeds and thorns We must cross over the gap Even redraw the map Take on a new direction toward the intersection where we stand face to face Now we've bridged the miles we see each other smile Time and distance disappear through sweat, blood and tears This love is worth it all caroline all rights reserved ------------------ The only man worth your tears will never make you cry... |
