Dragon's Lair-rewrite

Way up on a Mountain High
Backdrop by a moonlit Sky
Forests, Mist and Secrets Hidden,
Lies Dragons Lair, Castle Forbidden.
All who enter here are forewarned
Of things that Mighty Dragon has scorned
Many Men have tried to enter
Dragons heart, soul and epicenter
Their deaths his conscious it bothers not
As they tried their best, his breath is hot
Flames shot forth, protecting his home
From Castle Forbidden he never roams
Up the thousand stairs they climb
With no reason, nor any rhyme
Looking for the one Beauty true
Dragon heart they claim to slew
Rescuing Beauty is of prime import
Saving her from this awful fort
Dragon protects his own reside
Keeping Beauty close to his side

To remain of her own free will
Top's the list of Dragons bill
Of the reason's men will fight
Dragon fight's for beauty's right
Talon claws, breath of fire
Never stir this Dragon's ire
Many men have died this way
Beauty has chosen here to stay
