As I woke up this morning, I missed you; Needing to feel your sweet caresses and good morning kiss. As I got in the shower, I missed you; Wishing that you were there so that we could scrub each other's backs. As I stood at the sink shaving, I missed you; Longing to see your reflection in the mirror behind me. As I drove to the office, I missed you; Wanting to reach over and tuck your hair behind your ears the way I always do in the car. As I sit at my desk writing this, I miss you; Knowing that it will be hours before my day is once again brightened by your presence. ------------------ Bobby |

Excellent first effort Bobby. I must admit I was waiting for a tragic end where you surprise us with details of how she died in a tragic pita bread mishap...2 thumbs up. PW ------------------ Poetic Wheelbarrow http://www.stormloader.com/poetwheel/den.html ICQ: 44370408 |

Sincere, and it read well. I like. ------------------ "Nunc lento sonitu dicunt, morierus" (When I hear the bell tolling softly for another, it says to me, "Thou must die.") |
