The heart of the tornado is on a rampage after me Anger is the centrifugal force stirring the debris I should have heard the silence before the coming rain Now I feel the thunder set loose rolling in my brain I will feel the lashes of the wind cut across my thighs And taste the blood of pummeling blows trickle down my eyes But the heart of the tornado will never catch up to me The wind is a dangerous thing when it comes out for all to see |
