unraveling the mystery
I pause;
layer upon layer
opened
palm foward
with answers of you on the tips
and with one flick
one jerk of motion
it's gone-
lost to the air beside me

so I draw clues from strangers
and meanings from Picasso-

you are like a bird
above my horizon
coming undone
in the brilliance of sky
and velvet color.

in the dark, reaching for you...whoever you are
and are you ready?"

I like reading the poetry written when the forums first opened. I find gems like this one! Sorry I missed it the first time!
