Love was good then gone quickly too soon, too poignant. How had fifty years passed? He was always mine, I was his. No more. Alone. 12 August, 1999 ©KRJ ------------------ Sunshine Words will always express our feelings true. ~~~ KRJ Look, then, into thine heart, and write ~~~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow |

How sweet and sad this is. So few words and I was moved. Made me think of my grandmother who lost her husband a couple of years ago. She seems to have shrunk into herself, yet somehow become softer. Weird. Death - the taboo topic, is pretty scary, when you REALLY think about it. ------------------ 'Only the shallow know themselves.' Oscar Wilde. |

Thank you for your comments, Severn and Delores. I tried to simply relate love/life in a very short synopsis of words. ------------------ Sunshine Words will always express our feelings true. ~~~ KRJ Look, then, into thine heart, and write ~~~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow |

No wasted words to cramp the imagination here, sad and questioning. |
