Nan the Censor sits,
Somewhere between
The scenes to be seen
And the poetry bits
With scissors purpose poised
Watching the human stuff
That will sizzle through
The magic wires
And light up
Like welding shops
The ho-hum rooms of America
And with kindergarten
Arts and crafts concept
Of moral responsibility
Snips out
The rough talk
The unpopular opinion
Or anything with teeth
And renders
A pattern of ideas
Full of holes
A doily
For your mind

And with idiots like me, it's a good thing she's here too! LOL....Henceforth, I will behave....mostly.........

DeVine One: Are we talking chronological age or emotional? LOL. The first is fairly consistent... increases by one each year. The second is all over the place for Toe... the innocence of a child one day, the stinging word play with other consenting adults another... the heartbreak that can touch someone at any age another.

Toerag: Repeated addition still only got you CLOSE! LOL
