Okay, just to let you know, I'm really not feeling like this...I don't really know why I wrote it..sometimes you just do, I think. But anyway, Tell me what you think. Love is broken by crystalized winds of ice, Emotion's winter has set in and we pay the price. Hearts like stone pound holes within our chests, And upon innocent ground a crimson flood rests. Fallen angels crawl with slithering demons below, Rejection's pain waters barren soil in a torrent flow. Poisoned daggers slice into softened, tender flesh, The barrier of nightmare and reality is dangerously meshed. Screams of intolerance echo heavily in deeply scarred minds, Repeatedly beaten on by the cruel fists of slowly creeping time. Engulfing one's soul with illusions of dark, slightly ruby stained, Withdrawing the evil within us all, this emotion we call pain. ------------------ *Krista Knutson* "Your kiss upon my face feels like a brush with grace, baby thats all it takes to take me higher..." I loved the poem Krista, it's definetly something new for you. But I liked it, and it's definetly got an evil ring.. cool! ------------------ "I'm down in a hole, and I don't know if I can be saved. See my heart? I've decorated it like a grave." - Alice in Chains |

Your talent is one of a kind, I could just say it over and over till you felt like screaming. (gee, why am I feeling evil tonight?) Well, beautifully done. Time is one of our worst enemies, and it bores pain in us. Time creates emotions. Brilliantly laid. |

i love the comparisons you have between good and evil, soft and hard etc. They combine to create a poem that's ragged with its emotion. It got me! |
