I have a secert lover
I must keep him to myself
he fills my soul with passion
and no "body" can take his place

our passion is unconventional
yet I cannot say "no more"
I await each night to hear him
and he leaves me wanting more

We met quite by accident
the timing was just right
both of us were empty
both in a loveless fight

We fill each other's empty place
thought I have never even seen his face
I've never held or touched his hand
for he lives in a far away land

And yet we are indeed lovers
I never knew that this could be
but when he rings me late at night
I know what will
will be......

Puss

I liked the story line - could completely relate. The title was great, too. The rhyming part and style needs a little more polish - the first stanza didn't have a rhyme, then the second stanza used the same word. in the second and fourth lines. The rhythm in third stanza came fast, but the fourth stanza changed the rhyming pattern and rhythm. Overall, I enjoyed the story a lot - been there and done that - additionally, you captured something many people have yet to realize - personal appearance (looks) do not matter when hearts are sympatico. Nice theme, nice approach.
