Fading Fade, I shall, my life, my flame I ask myself, repeatedly, am I to blame? Wondering, pondering, searching for the truth I've wasted, destroyed, thrown away my youth. Now, alone, I sit here, and fade... Thinking of the life that I once could have made. Too late I realize, too late to save, Too much, I admit, is the change that I crave. It is said that you learn from the mistakes that you make. Though learning these lessons has caused me to break. Now as I stare at myself in a glass I think of the times, the present and past. So pick it up, hold it, and cut with my blade, Watching, feeling, my essence, now fade. |

This reminds me of a similar note I once wrote in the darkest days of my life. I sent it to a random, unknown person online, with the intention of following through once the note was read. Miracle of miracles, she had been there, done that, and talked me out of my intentions. Life has been better ever since. Give it a try. |

You never fade away...I am a true believer in once you've entered this world you never truely leave. Your words are sad yet touching...reminding me of a time I wanted everything other than what I had. Thank you for putting your feelings into words. blueloon |

Amazing, isn't it? Though all people are different, they all endure the same things in their life. I'm glad everyone can relate...and I appeciate the comments. Wish me luck in fixing my problems, ok? :-) ------------------ |
