OK, well I am sure most of the people that read this will not get it. But be thankful of that. This will surely weed out the Canadians on the group.

Here are two, disturbing (and maybe slightly funny), tributes to some classic(??) Canadian TV shows. And to further ensure that you won't get them unless you have been exposed to too much (read ANY) quality Canadian programming, they are, both, to the Tune of "The Littlest Hobo" TV show.

-------------------------------------

"Special Appearance by Chief Dan George"

There's a love, deep inside of me,
dedicated to Bruno Gerussi,
with every wave he made - a lump in my throat,
and on the lake, his might wake, rocked Relic's boat.

For sure tommorow, "Beachcombers" will be on,
and we can revel in that sexy Const. John

So if you wanna hang upon the beach,
Just find the gang, and we'll drink Tang, at Molly's reach.

For sure tommorow "Beachcombers" will be on,
we'll admire Jesse...as gracelful as a swan.
...until tommorow I'll keep on "combing" on.

--------------------------------------------

"It aint New York, but it's a Rough Town"

There's a show, tough and bittersweet,
goes by the name of just plain "Night Heat"
But oh that Frank Jambone, he makes me sigh
and the reporter dude, athough lewd, is quite a guy

Canadian Cop Shows, they never let us down,
But oh the violence, in that Ontario town.

So if you wanna cruise on TO's mean streets,
that CTV, the place to be, you'll soil your sheets.

Canadian Cop shows, they never let us down,
when deep in sadness my sorrows they do drown
...but lose that old guy, O'Brien, he's a clown.

If Haydn is the father of symphonies...And Mozart is the son of symphonies...Then Beethoven is the god of symphonies!!!
