My life, goes downhill,
everytime i see you come around with that girl.
It's hard, to know,
that you moved on so fast and i will never let go.
I'm still lovin you and hating,
my own heart for breaking,
wishing there was something to take away the pain.
I'm still wanting so bad to hold you,
wishing i had told you,
wanting something better to do than watch the rain.
My heart, thought it'd burst,
when you read me those lines that i just knew you'd rehersed.
Just give me, one more chance,
and i swear this new love will be so much different from the past.
I'm still stitting here knowin, just how my luck is goin,
thinkin it'd be different if i only had you.
I'm still sittin in here crying, wishing you wern't lying,
knowing it'd be different if i only had you.

this is a wonderful poem, it holds alot of the emotions i felt, actually with my fiance now. we broke up for awhile and tried to move on, i remeber everything your saying, and even if you know why your not together, you will never be able to convince your heart of that. hopefully it will all work out and you can get the second chance you long for, im proof that people can change, and letting go isnt easy, and often isnt the right thing to do, if you feel the love in your heart, theres always a chance!
