Gentle whispers in the wind,
What is the message that you send?
Calling softly, "Come to me."
What I ask, am I to see?
What is there that I will find
In the recess of my mind?
Are there lessons you will teach
About the walls that I must breach
To find what I have hidden there
And if I find, must I beware?
Fearing all that I have sought,
Hoping all won't be for naught,
Trying to dispel all doubt
In the dreams that seek me out.
I seek the answers in the night,
Hoping... praying... for the light.
