An artist. Now old, worn out, unable to hold a brush. Once able to bring warmth to dull lifeless canvas. There he sits remembering days long past. How in his youth he would paint, Easy determined lines combined with soft gentle curves, Running colors together for effect; Chancing upon some new technique. Handling his brush as only a fine artist could. And now alone, forgotten, he sits. Now that his hands no longer function to Create beauty as they once did, he can only Envelope his sorrows in memories and hopes for another chance. Sharon Lee Rotondi (Enotneicna) |

This scared me! Will this be me in the future? If my fingers give out, I'll use a tape recorder, if my voice goes, I'll use telepathy, if my mind goes...I will recite poetry to the Angels. This is excellent! |

How wonderfully expressed! ------------------ "Nobody has measured, not even poets, how much the heart can hold" ~Zelda Fitzgerald |
