Jesus died, once, for all
So we could repent, when we fall.
We're saved by grace through our faith
So death we did not have to taste.

There is no strength man can possess
To bring us into righteousness.
There is no works that we can do
To save ourselves, this is true.

The price was paid the task is done
The gift is given to all, by ONE.

This gift is given for all to take
To save God's children for His names sake.
Though it's free to us it came at great cost
Paid with the life of Jesus, to save the lost.

Unmerited favor is what we need,
Cause' by the blood of Jesus we are freed.

There was a choice that Jesus made
When He gave His life, OH, the price He paid!
No expense was spared-nothing He didn't do
To save His children and show His love for you!

So through this gift of great grace
It's left to us a choice to make,
Do we believe and will we partake?

I'm shy on religion, but long on faith. Your poem makes a very strong appeal and is wonderfully worded. Praise to your belief and the art it has inspired.
