in fields of lavendar blue hold me close to you call my name upon the wind tempt my heart with this sin sky of deepest azure (of your love I am so sure) wisp of white floating there a remembrance of your crystal stare the crescent moon hung so high in a somewhat mimic of your smile the stars twinkle from above in a black veiled echo of our love the moon, the stars speak to me reminding me of those faint memories I can e'er forget your gentle voice though I know that leaving was my choice and if through time and time alone I come to terms with all I've done you know I'll always love you true if I could but find the way home to you ------------------ "I would rather sit on a pumpkin, and have it all to myself, than to be crowded on a velvet cushion." .....Henry David Thoreau |

Stunning, dear! I FEEL the loss and hope in it, very well. ------------------ Shall I indulge in flights of fancy hampered by clipped wings? DreamEvil© |

A beautiful poem darling, as usual *8) Just remember, TWO of us are looking for the way. Always yours, Eric. |
