This one is for my youngest daughter who just loves spiders... as long as they're dead! Poor little spider Who crawled beside her Why did your come her way? My daughter's eye is keen And with ear piercing scream She stomped, squashed and threw you away. |

Poor little spider Only came to guide her Now life from its poor body slowly ebbs But, since you are so clever It will live forever. It has a home here on the World Wide Web! |

What an interesting topic, I bet we all could come up with a poem describing our experiences with those creepy crawlers. BTW I recently read that in our lifetime we all eat about 8 spiders while sleeping. Sweet Dreams. Great poem Andrew Scott. |

With her standing near We need never fear The millennium hubbub. She has two big stompers Not a one escapes hers Now, where is that Y-2-K bug? |

Very slick Sir Balladeer. Lets wait till she's a little older to tell her what it means to debug a machine. I don't need here throwing shoes at my computer. Throwing them at her sister is bad enough. Ah, Ms. Elvira... Nothing the Sunday Times won't cure. Thanks for your offer as well. Lost Dreamer: Make mine black and crunchy. No wings please. ![]() |
