Alone the child sits as she waits for the Darkness to envelop her and Take her away Hands of cold steel close around Her throat She screams but no one can hear Her With forceful abuse the child is thrown into The wall of Depression Her only friend is the stuffed animal That sits on her bed But she needs someone else No one is around No one is listening They take her words as lies They continue to hurt Tossing her outside on winters first Morn They douse her with water And hope that she freezes She is all alone The family life is non-existent Family is suppose to care To love unconditional So why is her family so Different? The bruises have faded The scars have now healed But what's going to happen on the Inside? Is she destined to hate all those who come into her life? Is she capable of love? Or is her life just based on Fantasy Images of what she really wants Play in her mind But she can't find them In reality Can you help her? When is she going to be offered the hand Of happiness When can her rainbow show the colors of Righteousness? Darkness is slowly eating away at her Heart She's afraid Confused Helpless Alone Don't let her fall! |

Sometimes a hand reaches out of the Darkness to help, not hurt. One like mine. Sometimes that hand tears out the heart of the abusers. Like mine does. ------------------ Being paranoid is the biggest reason I'm still around to practice my paranoia. DreamEvil© [This message has been edited by DreamEvil (edited 07-16-99).] |

Not everyone knows the hand of an abuser. It is really comforting to know that there are fighters out there to help me bring a stop to the unnecessary things people do! |
