To Love more than One? Do we choose those we love Or is the choice made from somewhere above Some power that is higher than our own Is love chosen, or just shown? Can we love only one at a time Would loving more be such a crime I know the capacity in my own heart Love from me has more than one start How true it grows I lend it fate Give what I have, sit back and wait Give it the test of what will be done Try never to guess the outcome Be true to all but most to me For without truth, I could not be Loving comes in different art Some from the mind, some from the heart. ------------------ For sometimes when the Darkness falls, we must surrender, take what is ours, and give what we can, and always remember love is somewhere waiting... |
