I thought that I had it all
You care, your feelings, your love
Now that you've gone
I realized something about the day
That you took your love away

You told me that we would be together forever
You told me that noone would ever enter your heart
Well I learned it was all a lie on the day
That you took your love away

My heart broke and now it aches
You told me that yould never happen
You told me that you would never break
my heart or make me cry
Well you did it all on the day
That you took your love away

I thought that we were meant to be
as did everyone else
Maybe it was the girls, maybe it was the distance
But I know something was wrong on that day
That you took your love away.
