Horace smoothed his cat, Mr. Ghummy, and sat back in his green La-Z-boy. As he readied himself to sip upon his Salibury shake he heard a noise like no other... In a moment, he knew THEY were back! Falling from the sky Landing on some guy squirts into the eye kiss your butt goodbye! We are the malcontent Grapefruit from the Planet Citrene! We have come to claim this country as our own! Take your leave, humans, or feel our sting in your vulnerable eyes! Falling from the sky Landing on some guy squirts into the eye kiss your butt goodbye! They came. They conquered. We left. Oh well, mused Horace, being a floating space vagabond isn't soooo bad, eh Mr. Ghummy? "Meow Shut up, Meow!" ------------------ Poetic Wheelbarrow http://sites.netscape.net/poetwheel |

Ah Poetwheel, You are such a GOOF!! But I mean that in the kindest way possible, for I love the way you write. Keep me laughing some more, I wipe my eyes not from tears, but from that acidic grapefruit squeeze! ------------------ Let my words fall first upon deaf ears before a closed mind... |

I'm not sure which planet you're from, not even sure I can pick the galaxy, but I'm glad you decided to settle on Earth! |

Thank you baladeer! To be sure, we are earthlings, though it has been proven that our forefathers came from Delphi IV in the Ghastrib Conclave... PW ------------------ Poetic Wheelbarrow http://sites.netscape.net/poetwheel |
