Betrayal Angish Pain Deceit Back stabbing Heart wrenching A nose stuck in the air Low howls to and from there Head throbbing Eyes burning Low growls roll out of it's throat Fangs glisten Claws listen For the sound of ripping flesh A leap. Then... Bang! Flash! Claw! Thrash! And a little whimpering cry. His job here is done The hunter takes his gun And waits for the sound of death. It comes and it leaves sifting quietly through the trees While I lay still on the ground. |
