Yep. An option when responding to a poem at piptalk to vote on it to be included at netpoets. The author would not be permitted to vote for their own piece; instead it would be peer review. An alternate option would a button or similar which would accomodate the silent vote. Responding would not be mandatory. Instead, Username and IP would be tracked, one vote per Username, similar to how votes were tabulated for one of the PiP anthologies. Instead of being included in a book, the poem would be included at netpoets. Author would be notified and allowed final edit and blurb. Again, just a thought. Alicat |

I like your idea too. It may be hard for all forums to have an even chance though. For example if we go by numbers alone, Open is most so poems shall probably always be voted for most in that forum. But the other forums, with less numbers, need have equal chance. Is there a way to calculate in proportion to the forum-size? |
